• Surgery Center and clinic share the same location

Compensation & Benefits:

• $660,000 Salary
• Unlimited productivity bonus potential
• $50,000 Sign on bonus 
• $15,000 Relocation assistance
• $3,500 CME allowance; 5 days off
• $1000 per year of CME can be used towards technology
• Paid Malpractice w/ tail coverage
