FTE: 1.0 - Full-time 

OPPORTUNITY:

• Open to four or five days per week (32 patient contact hours required).
• Average of 15-17 patients/day.
• Outpatient only with 1:8 telephone call only.
• Actively developing team-based care (shared MA, RN, support staff).
• Excellent sub-specialty support.
• Clinic offers in-house EKGs, blood draws, imaging, and physical therapy.

Aspirus Divine Savior's long history began in 1916 when we were created by the Sisters of the Divine Savior. The community of Portage realized that there was a medical need in their community, so they worked in conjunction with the Sisters of Divine Savior to open St. Savior's Hospital.
