Baptist Health Family Clinic-Cabot is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join an existing four provider practice. The current providers include one physician, one physician assistant, and two advanced practice nurses. The ideal candidate will be a caring physician who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is interested in remaining in Cabot long term. The current practice hours are Monday-Friday 8 to 5. Phone call is shared with several other physicians and is currently every third week. The physician will have the availability to practice in a typical outpatient setting and have the ability to practice some sports medicine and general dermatologic procedures if desired. The clinic utilizes EPIC as their EMR.

This is an employed position with Arkansas Health Group (AHG), a subsidiary of Baptist Health. The compensation model is a base salary plus an opportunity for quarterly bonuses. Healthcare, malpractice, retirement, CME, are just some of the other benefit components. There is a clinic manager on site as well as a Regional Practice Administrator who serves as a liaison between the clinic and AHG.
