The Division of Medical Genetics in the Department of Child Health at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine seeks a full-time Assistant/Associate/Full Professor. The position provides general consultative and patient care responsibilities in genetics; it will also include teaching responsibilities and have possible opportunities for research. Interested individuals should have an MD/ DO degree and be board certified or board eligible in medical genetics. The applicant will join a busy Medical Genetics Division and provide service in Columbia and at outreach locations throughout rural Missouri.

The MU Children’s Hospital at the University of Missouri Health Care has over 100 inpatient beds, a wide variety of pediatric medical and surgical sub-specialists, and comprehensive ancillary services

Qualifications

Applicants must have completed training at an ACGME or ACGMEi medical genetics program. MD/DO applicants must be Board-certified or board-eligible. For the purposes of this application, board-certified/board eligible are considered experienced.
