- Admitting Hospital: Columbus Regional Hospital (225 beds)

About our Practice:
The Pankratz Eye Institute is dedicated to serving residents of South-Central Indiana with state-of-the-art technology and advanced surgical techniques. The providers work closely with local optometrists to provide outstanding continuity of care. Our 13,000 sq. foot facility includes an on-site, ambulatory surgical center complete with 2 operating rooms, Zeimer femtosecond, Ellex and excimer lasers.
About our Team:
Founded in 2000, Dr. Pankratz believed he could offer residents of Columbus and surrounding communities a standard of care that could surpass anything offered in a big city practice. Our growing team of three board-certified ophthalmologists have performed thousands of surgeries and focused on a broad range of conditions including cataracts, corneal and retinal diseases, glaucoma, and diabetic eye disease. We are expanding to continue to meet the medical and surgical needs of the growing community.
