Primary Care San Luis Obispo - $50,000 Sign On

Join our experienced team of Primary Care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers at Pacific Central Coast Health Centers. We offer diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses, the management of long term, acute and chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypothyroidism and heart disease. We offer guidance on preventative care, immunization, health maintenance with patient education and screening programs. Our office has a nurturing environment but virtual visits are available on request.

Position details:

• Outpatient Family Medicine and Internal Medicine opportunities available
• Fulltime position.  Clinics are open Monday - Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
• Competitive compensation package inclusive of guaranteed base salary with productivity upside, sign on bonus, quality bonus, APP supervision compensation, relocation assistance, student loan assistance, annual CME allowance and full benefits package
• Positions available in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties
• Hospital affiliated ambulatory clinic that currently has 50 locations and growing
• 20 different specialties within network
• Be busy from day 1
• Seasoned support staff
• Support from hospital system
• EMR - Cerner 

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in the United States
• M.D. or D.O.
• Graduated from an ACGME residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• California Medical License
