Our Team

Join Confluence Health’s Oncology team of six well-trained Medical Oncologists, two Radiation Oncologists, four Advanced Practice Providers, Certified Oncology Nurses, Pharmacist, Dieticians, Behavioral        Medicine Practitioners, Palliative Care, and all specialty and primary care partners.

Position Overview

• Full-time position, four-day work week available
• Busy, well-established, successful, comprehensive, accredited, regional cancer care program
• In-house infusion center and radiation treatment
• Consults at one hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program (no admissions)
• Epic Electronic Medical Record

• Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
• Time off: up to 11 weeks (for full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status) of time off
• Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000

• Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
