East Hawaii Medical Group is looking for a full-time Interventional Cardiologist to work for the Big Island's leading hospital. An ideal candidate would be a physician who is able to ensure the improvement of our community's health through their exceptional and compassionate care. This candidate would best excel through the ability to ensure that they are willing "To create a health care system that provides patient centered, culturally competent, cost effective care with exceptional outcomes and superior patient satisfaction."

Job Duties

The staff cardiologist provides:

  • Professional cardiologic assessment and care in the following areas:
    • East Hawaii Health outpatient clinic
    • Hilo Medical Center's inpatients
    • Hilo Medical Center's emergency room.
  • The physician is responsible for coordinating and rendering professional medical advice and making decisions on cardiologic needs of patients.

Qualifications

Licensure: Qualifications to obtain an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Hawaii.
