Marshfield Medical Center – Rice Lake is seeking a board certified or board eligible General Surgeon to join a well-established practice in beautiful Rice Lake, Wisconsin. This service is not limited to, but includes, consultation and surgery on medical conditions involving the breast, gastrointestinal tract, biliary tract and hernias, and screening and diagnostic endoscopy. Rice Lake, Wisconsin

With a population of just over 9,000, Rice Lake has many of the offerings of city life, nestled among some of the most beautiful features nature has to offer. The district consists of six elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. Rice Lake is a popular summer resort area as well as a playground for those who enjoy swimming, boating, water-skiing, and fishing. Held each winter just north of Rice Lake is the biggest cross-country skiing event in the nation, the Birkebeiner. Culturally, Rice Lake offers the Red Barn Players Summer Theatre and Art Center as well as the Northern Star Theatre. In the summer many residents of Rice Lake enjoy the splash pad, Turtleback golf course, and the Moon Lake Park with soccer fields.
