FT and PT Post-Acute Opportunities

Adfinitas Health has full time and part time opportunities in Arundel County, Calvert County, and Greater Baltimore.

Our post-acute team provides medical services to skilled nursing and rehab facilities.

Admit and round on patients in 1-2 facilities per week;

15 patients per day;

Nurse practitioner on site

GheriMed EMR system

No night call - Night call covered 100% by call team
