Choice Medical Group is currently seeking a Primary Care Physician with Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine for outpatient work to join our award winning team in Big Bear, CA!

Services would include providing care to a wide variety of patients who are known to be very loyal to their primary care physicians. Our goal is to look for a provider that is motivated to serve with our long-term providers. Implement and select your role/scope of practice.

Duties would include the following: 

• Yearly Annual Visits for our Senior Population to assist with Capturing and Treating HCCs 
• Treatment of Chronic Conditions within scope of practice 
• Preoperative Clearance's 
• Procedures/In Office that you may be proficient in.  
• Assist with providing access to care (same day to 24-hour appts) 
• Review of labs + imaging in a timely manner per CMS and Insurance guidelines. 
• back up medical assistance to help with calls, filling chronic medications, chart prep and obtaining appropriate records. 
• Goal to improve access to care in Big Bear
• Start with 5-day week schedule with potential admin day after 6 months 
• Average 15-22 patients/day depending on level of risk/time required.  
• Proactive and accessible admin that do care for their physicians.  
• Great IT support with training in EMR
