Practice Details

This position offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care with strong clinical infrastructure and excellent physician collaboration. You’ll work in modern OB facilities with access to advanced surgical technology and a robust, multidisciplinary support network, including:

• Maternal-Fetal Medicine – Tri-State Perinatology
• Reproductive Endocrinology – Boston IVF at The Women’s Hospital
• Urogynecology – Urogynecology & Pelvic Rehabilitation
• Gynecologic Oncology – The Women’s Cancer Center

Whether you’re building confidence as a new graduate or expanding your scope as an experienced OB/GYN, you’ll have the support needed to practice high-quality medicine without feeling isolated or overwhelmed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed $450,000 base salary
• Productivity bonuses in addition to base
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $90,000 student loan repayment
• $2,000/month residency stipend during final year
