Job Summary:

St. David’s Healthcare would like to recruit a full-time occupational medicine physician in Austin, TX.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Board certified/board eligible occupational medicine, family medicine, urgent care or orthopedic physician  
  • Licensed to practice in the state of Texas or ability to obtain
  • Work schedule: M - F, 8:00am – 4:30pm with closure on holidays
  • Outpatient clinic with no weekend shifts, no hospital rounds, no after-hour call 
  • St. David’s Occupational Health Services (OHS) has served the needs of employees and injured workers in Central Texas since 1994
  • The clinic currently provides comprehensive services including treatment for on-the-job injuries, employment physicals, drug and alcohol testing, medical surveillance and OSHA compliance
  • Physician’s focus will be assessing patients and providing care in the clinic and supporting a team of 5 clinical staff
  • OHS focuses on providing quality care and exceptional customer service while reducing overall health benefits costs
  • Ability to diagnose, treat, manage, and /or refer diseases, disorders, and occupational injuries
  • Establish relationships with other physicians, supervisors, and staff to ensure the delivery of quality, cost effective health care to the clinic's patients
