Ohio County Healthcare seeks Emergency Medicine / Family Medicine Physicians to join our hospital-employed Emergency Department group.

Position Highlights: 

• 15,000 Annual Emergency Department Volume
• 25-Bed Critical Access Hospital
• 8 Emergency Department Beds (2-Fast Track, 2- Trauma, 2 – Treatment Rooms, 1 – Ortho, 1 – OB/GYN)
• Single Physician Coverage
• Emergency Department physicians work closely with our Hospitalist program
• Strong Specialty Physician Emergency Room Coverage
• Access to Intensivist Tele-Health Program for Sub-Specialty Coverage
• Shift: 7a – 7p, 7p – 7a (12 – 24-hour shifts)
• EMR: CPSI
• 24/7 Access to Lab, X-Ray, and Cat Scan
• In 2022, OCH broke ground on a $27 Million surgical wing expansion that will add robotics to our surgical offerings
• Ohio County Healthcare is an independent, self-managed healthcare system

Position Requirements:

• MD/DO
• KY Medical License
• Professional Clinical Experience in Emergency Medicine
• BC / BE
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, ATLS
