WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to meet the growing demand for Diabetes and Endocrinology services at FPN Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists Indianapolis on the south side of Indianapolis, Indiana. Interested candidate will be joining an established practice with a skilled provider team of eight physicians and seven advanced practice providers.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

                                                                                                                                       

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Flexible schedule, typically 4 days a week

  • Both outpatient and inpatient coverage

    • Anticipated outpatient volume: 15-16 patients per day

    • Anticipated inpatient volume varies based on consultations

  • Shared call expectation of 1:9

    • Cover inpatient rounding every 9th week

    • With the assistance of the Triage Logic Nurse system, number of calls during off hours is limited

  • Extensive resources including onsite Clinical Diabetes Educators

  • Provider will support one of our outreach locations - Mooresville, Shelbyville, Franklin, Plainfield, Martinsville, Columbus, Greenwood, Greencastle, Stones Crossing or Carmel
