Midwest-Southern Metropolitan Children’s Hospital is seeking Pediatric Otolaryngology

Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH) and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our growing, nationally recognized team. About the Role

  • Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for children with a full spectrum of otolaryngologic conditions.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment that includes pediatric subspecialists, advanced practice providers, audiologists, speech-language pathologists, and nursing teams.
  • Participate in the education and training of medical students, residents, and fellows through the UAMS College of Medicine.
  • Opportunities for clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and leadership development are strongly supported.

About the Pediatric Otolaryngology Division

  • The Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology at Arkansas Children’s Hospital is a dynamic, collegial team dedicated to providing state-of-the-art care for children across the state and region. The division currently includes [insert number] fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologists, advanced practice providers, and a specialized nursing and audiology support team.
  • We care for patients with the full spectrum of pediatric ENT conditions, including complex airway disorders, otologic disease, head and neck masses, sinus and sleep disorders, and craniofacial anomalies. The division collaborates closely with multidisciplinary programs such as Cleft and Craniofacial, Aerodigestive, Hearing and Balance, and Voice and Swallowing.
  • Our physicians have access to cutting-edge facilities and technologies within Arkansas Children’s Hospital, including advanced operative suites, an integrated simulation center, and strong partnerships with Pediatric Anesthesiology, Pulmonology, and Speech Pathology.
  • The team is deeply involved in resident and fellow education through the UAMS Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, one of the longest-standing ENT training programs in the country. Faculty members are encouraged to pursue clinical innovation, research, and leadership within the division and beyond.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.
  • Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology preferred.
