Opportunity Criteria
Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician - Tucson, Arizona
IES, Integrative Emergency Services, a physician-owned private practice is recruiting now for a full-time Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician to join the team at Tucson Medical Center. Seeking Pediatrician with Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship or physician trained at Adult/Pediatric Emergency Medicine residency program.
Pediatric Emergency Department:
- Volume: 31,000
- Admission Rate: 1%
- Patients/Hour: 1.5-2 per clinician
- Physician Coverage: 30 hrs daily
- APP Coverage: 12 hrs daily
- Pedi ED Beds: 16
- Adult ED Beds: 60
- CDU Beds: 18
- Hospital Beds: 615
- EMR: Epic
- Dictation: Dragon
- Shifts: 9 hours
Qualifications:
- Arizona Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- DEA
- PALS & NRP required
