Franciscan Physician Network seeks Family Medicine physicians to join its dynamic team in Rensselaer, IN!
Position Requirements:
- MD/DO
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine without Obstetrics
Position Highlights:
- 3 Family Medicine Physicians
- 3 NPs
- Flexible Schedule: Four 10/hr days Or Five 8/hr days
- Weekday & Weekend Call: 1:6 shared with NPs
- Average outpatient volume: 20-22 patients per 8/hr day
- 36 Patient Contact Hours Per Week
- After Hours Nurse Triage Line, 7 days a week
- EMR = EPIC
