Andrea Leland, MBA, CPRP

Andrea Leland, MBA, CPRP System Vice President of Provider Services Dartmouth Health

Andrea Leland, MBA, CPRP is the System Vice President of Provider HR Services for Dartmouth Health, an integrated academic health system employing more than 16,000 physicians, nurses, and staff. In her role, Andrea provides strategic leadership for physician and advanced practice provider recruitment, executive recruitment, provider and executive compensation, and immigration across the system. During her 21-year tenure with Dartmouth Health, Andrea has held progressive leadership roles in the Medical Staff Office and Human Resources, established the organization's first in-house executive recruitment function in 2022, and led a comprehensive redesign of the Physician Compensation Plan in 2025. Outside of work, Andrea and her husband, Adam, enjoy time with their teenage sons, Jack and Ethan, and their family at the lake in Maine. She loves cooking, baking, reading, and playing piano and serves her community through her church's teen ministry.
