US Radiology Connexia, a daytime teleradiology practice within US Radiology, is seeking a fellowship-trained or equivalent experienced Radiologist for our Operations Leadership opportunity, to work remote, daytime shifts, Monday through Friday with set hours, and serve as liaison to Connexia teammates in service delivery (remote contrast supervision, peer reviews, referring provider collaboration, etc.)
Position Responsibilities/Requirements:
Clinical operational lead responsibilities include:
- Addressing day to day Connexia radiologist’s needs
- Participating in candidate interviews
- Acute clinical decision making
- Assisting with protocol standardization
- Primary contact for referring providers
- Assisting with growing Connexia’s culture
- General diagnostic radiology skills with subspecialty training
- Expertise in reading CT, MRI, ultrasound, and x-ray imaging for adults is required. Some pediatric experience preferred.
- Supervisory physician for remote contrast coverage during business hours
- ABR Board Certified
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with comfort speaking with ordering physicians
- Highly motivated to be successful in a flexible, remote environment
