Our Practice

Women's Care of Brazosport, part of Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group, is a thriving general Obstetrics and Gynecology practice.  The two partners, Jaswinder 'Mini' Rekhi,MD and Shirley Lima, MD, are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and experience for their community's patients.

Our Community

Women's Care of Brazosport is tucked into the Southeast Texas town of Lake Jackson.  Lake Jackson is a beautiful, family-friendly city with a vibrant economy.  It has experienced, and continues to experience, rapid growth. Yet, due to the dedication and commitment of the community and local leaders, this growth has been accomplished in a controlled, quality manner.  Since it's inception, Lake Jackson has been dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the natural beauty of the area. The city boasts many state and national awards for community involvement. Lake Jackson is just 50 miles South of Houston, 50 miles west of Galveston, and only 12 miles from the beaches at Surfside Beach.

The Greater Brazosport Area also includes the cities of Clute, Freeport, Quintana and Surfside Beach. It is located on the Texas Gulf Coast and is a short drive from Houston. The Brazosport Area is known for its natural beauty and rich history. The area has 3 National Animal Refuges, as well as many dinning, shopping, and entertainment options.
