Clinica Sierra Vista is the nation’s third largest federally-qualified health center, operating through 70+ sites in Kern County (southern San Joaquin Valley), and Fresno County (central San Joaquin Valley), with one frontier site in Inyo County (Death Valley). All CSV primary health care services are available and open to the entire target population in each of the communities in which centers are located. All CSV sites are fully staffed year-round and operate on the medical home model.
