At CommunityCare Hazleton (Formerly Geisinger Hazleton), our innovative ideas are inspired by the communities and families we serve. Within the clinic we have a new urgent care clinic - ExpressCare.  ExpressCare clinics allow our patients to 'save their spot' to avoid wait times and check in online. The clinicians diagnose and treat common medical problems including sore throats, earaches, sinus infections, flu, urinary tract infections and more. They also provide routine health exams, immunizations, screenings and wellness services. Some clinics may also include X-ray, EKG, IV hydration, and phlebotomy. Advanced Practitioners must be able to treat patients from age one to adults, and have six months of primary care, emergency medicine, urgent care or critical care experience.
