About Us

Located 50 miles south of Atlanta, the Griffin Ob-Gyn Clinic has thrived as an independent practice in Griffin, GA for more than 60 years.  We are proud of our heritage and continue to see tremendous opportunities for additional doctors as we increase our market presence, and our more seasoned practitioners face retirement. We are the only group in a 5 county area and deliver close to 1,200 babies per year.  Our model includes Midwives, who work both in the office and are the first call in Labor & Delivery. We currently operate with 5 Doctors (four of whom are shareholders), 3 Midwives and 2 Physician's Assistants.  Our five year plan calls for hiring 3 more Doctors and 2 more midwives. We see patients in two offices in Griffin and one in Thomaston.  As a practice, we value quality of life as well as financial reward, and are open to both full time and part time employment.  We believe that flexibility and a mutual respect amongst the providers have been key to our long term success, both financially and in terms of lifestyle.
