During my time as Vice-President of Recruiting and Management of departments at some of the largest healthcare systems in the US, I learned all of the aspects of managing others to success and outside recruitment strategies that are proven very effective. Many outside companies promise great things, but deliver poor results and as a leader I’ve taken these experiences and molded them into my professional approach in managing others.

I believe in building meaningful business relationships with both our providers as well as with our qualified partners, so the patients in every community we serve will get access to quality care. There is a strategic design for our teams to collaborate and our outstanding executive leadership team encourages and fosters a great working environment. The end result is a motivated team that is on the same page.Let me tell/show you how we are different, to make a difference!

Additionally, I relish opportunities to share my story of being raised in a "winning culture" and how others can look for ways to emulate their own success strategy. In my recent published book, The Base Path of Success, achieving and leading others to success, I lay out a plan that fits anyone's ultimate goal of success however that is defined by them.

Being raised in a small town nicknamed "The City of Champions" offered a challenge and a way of life that engrained success as a non-negotiable. I navigated through a successful sports career: Lettered in 4 sports, All-State in Football and Baseball, had my # retired, inducted in the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame, received many collegiate offers to two different both sports and ultimately played for Harry "the hat" Walker, of the St. Louis Cardinals. Through these experiences, I learned many valuable lessons that are applicable to business and professional lives that I enjoy sharing/connecting with others.
