Jefferson Radiology, a division of MEDNAX, provides sub-specialty imaging and interventional services for 6 hospitals in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts and operates 9 full-service, free-standing imaging & interventional offices. Our hospital partners include Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, Hartford Hospital, Windham Community Medical Center, Day Kimball Hospital, Griffin Hospital, and Holyoke Medical Center. As leaders in pediatric and adult diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology, our fellowship-trained physicians and highly trained staff are committed to providing exceptional patient care and responsive service.

 

• This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in enhancing a prestigious and vibrant group. The pediatric section is staffed by a core of radiologists with expertise in pediatric imaging including 4 CAQ pediatric radiologists with additional comprehensive support from a team of subspecialty radiologists. The all-digital practice, with enterprise PACS capabilities, interprets close to one million exams a year.

• Radiology residents from Hartford Hospital, the University of Connecticut and St. Vincent's Hospital receive their pediatric radiology training at Connecticut Children's Medical Center. The candidate will work closely with the pediatric medical and surgical specialists at Connecticut Children's Medical Center with opportunities for collaborative research and education available.
