Hancock Health, a member of Suburban Health Organization, was established in 1998 and is a partnership between Hancock Regional and St. Vincent Health. HPN is a primary care network of physicians that practice throughout Hancock County providing specialties such as family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, pulmonary medicine, OB/GYN, surgery, and mental health. We are based in Greenfield, IN which is 20 miles east of Indianapolis. Hendricks Regional Health, a member of Suburban Health Organization, is a 141 bed, non-profit Magnet® hospital in Danville, Indiana, serving western suburban Indianapolis. A medical group of specialty and primary care doctors are located throughout Avon, Brownsburg, Danville, Lizton and Plainfield. Henry Community Health, a member of Suburban Health Organization,is an integrated health system located in New Castle primarily serving Henry, western Wayne and northern Rush Counties with some services now available in Muncie. The system is rapidly transitioning from the traditional inpatient model to expanding primary care, care coordination including membership in a Medicare Accountable Care Organization, population health and integrating mental health care into their primary care physician practices. Henry Community Health Medical Group includes physicians in 17 specialties including anesthesiology, allergy/immunology, cardiology, family medicine, infectious disease, internal medicine, integrative medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, orthopedics, physiatry, pain management, general surgery, hospice, pediatrics, pediatric hospitalist, wound care s and radiology. Specialty services offered locally by other physicians include urology, podiatry, nephrology, ENT, pulmonology, adult hospitalists, dermatology, emergency care, oncology, radiation oncology and ophthalmology. A partnership with nationally recognized St. Vincent Heart Center provides local cardiology care with access to leading heart specialists and the Emergency Department is an accredited Chest Pain Center. The Emergency Department also participates in  St. Vincent’s Telestroke Program allowing quicker diagnosis and potential treatment for stroke patients. The Wound Center offers advanced wound care treatments and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Other services include anticoagulation clinic, home health, hospice, retail pharmacies, sleep center, rehabilitation services including aquatic therapy, sports medicine, New Castle Walk-In Care, HealthRidge wellness and fitness center and three employer-based health clinics. 

Johnson Memorial Health, a member of Suburban Health Organization, is county-owned and has served the citizens of Johnson County immediately south of Indianapolis since 1947. With just over 100 staffed beds the hospital has a number of specialty programs. Among them are a comprehensive cancer services, breast center, cath and peripheral vascular lab, cardiovascular testing center, sleep center, wound care center, diabetes care program, acute rehabilitation center, spine surgery, orthopedic and sports medicine services, ENT services, critical and progressive care units and a renal dialysis service on the JMH campus. In 2010 Johnson Memorial Hospital entered into a clinical collaboration agreement with Community Health Network in Indianapolis. The agreement sets up a system for JMH and the CHN to pool resources and market strength to jointly develop new programs and services in the Johnson County market. The hospital completed a $12.5 million expansion and modernization of the surgery unit in 2012.

Marion Health, a member of Suburban Health Organizationis a not-for-profit, 106-bed acute care, independent sole-community hospital located in Grant County, Indiana. Riverview Health, a member of Suburban Health Organization, is located in the heart of Hamilton County, Indiana, just 15 minutes north of Indianapolis. The 156-bed county-owned hospital brings big-city services to the doorsteps of area residents and employers. Our medical staff is comprised of 350 physicians, in 35 medical specialties, who are recognized for clinical and service excellence. Riverview Health offers primary care and specialty physicians throughout Hamilton County and in adjacent communities. Riverview Health is one of the largest employers in Hamilton County, employing over 1350 full-time equivalent employees, thus having an enormous impact on the community's economy. Witham Health Services, a member of Suburban Health Organization, is a 52 bed acute care facility based in Lebanon Indiana. Lebanon is located 30 minutes northwest of Indianapolis on I-65. Associated clinics are located in nearby Jamestown, Thorntown and Zionsville. Witham has served Boone County since 1917, but moved into a new building in 2003. Services provided include: Allergy and Sinus Center, Cancer Institute, Emergency Services, Eye Institute, GI Institute, Hospice Care, Maternity Center, Occupational Health, Pulmonology / Sleep Lab, Rehabilitation Services, Toxicology Laboratory and Transitions for Seniors.

Access to Indianapolis International Airport is a 30 to 45 minute commute, depending on your location in Johnson County. The population of Lebanon is estimated at about 13,000 residents. The Lebanon economy is diversified, including agriculture, manufacturing, service industries, and a growing high-tech sector. The community still retains a small town feel while providing an environment for business growth and development.
