Physicians at Sugar Creek is proud to part of the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System. ,Established in 1975 and affiliated with the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, Physician’s at Sugar Creek serves as the central facility for the Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program and also services the diverse and growing Sugar Land community. This program was the first in Texas to be certified by the National Committee on Quality Assurance as a level 3 patient-centered medical home and has utilized an electronic medical record for more than 16 years. The focus for the practice continues to be quality, compassionate and convenient care for patients while supporting the education of Family Medicine physicians.
