COMMUNITY DESCRIPTION

Hudsonville, Michigan is located midway between Grand Rapids and Holland and is one of the fastest growing areas in the state of Michigan. Hudsonville was incorporated in 1927 and is named after one of its earliest settlers, Homer E. Hudson. The farming influence of these early settlers has remained a critical component of the local economy, with Hudsonville coined the “Salad Bowl City” for its diversity of crops.
