Mindful Health Solutions is committed to redefining the psychiatric outpatient experience. We provide comprehensive interventional psychiatric care with an emphasis on innovative, evidence-based treatments as well as our robust telepsychiatry services for medication management needs.

Founded over 13 years ago, our well-established private group practice is led by nationally recognized psychiatrists in the field of brain health. At MHS, our clinicians provide the highest standard of care within a collaborative, collegial environment that offers ongoing learning and growth opportunities. Together with a diverse staff of high-caliber psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners and TMS technicians, our psychiatrists provide compassionate care through medication management, brief psychotherapy, esketamine, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT). As the access to care is at the core of our mission, we are an insurance-based practice and have a strong telepsychiatry service.
