Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is a physician-owned, clinician-led organization
dedicated to providing high-quality anesthesia services. USAP
anesthesiologists, CRNAs and CAAs work in more than 700 inpatient and
outpatient facilities across the country to provide anesthesia care for more
than 2 million cases annually. USAP partners with high-quality groups of
anesthesiologists, providing the capital resources, infrastructure and business
expertise needed to position them for continued success. USAP’s physician
partners maintain clinical governance of their practices and collectively are
the largest USAP shareholder group.
USAP’s affiliated physician groups share operational and clinical best practices, helping to facilitate the delivery of consistent, high-quality services for patients, surgeons, facilities and payers. The company’s approximately 4,500 clinical team members serve communities in Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Nevada, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Washington D.C. USAP’s capital partners are Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, Berkshire Partners, and GIC—all of whom have signifcant experience investing in and building leading healthcare companies.
