Are you a passionate and dedicated *Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)* who's ready to make a difference in a child's world? We're looking for someone just like you to join our dynamic team at *Advanced Behavioral Health Analysis* and our vibrant sister school, *Advanced Sacred Hope Academy*!
At ABHA and ASHA, we believe in turning every moment into a teachable one-with creativity, compassion, and evidence-based interventions. As a BCBA on our team, you'll have the opportunity to:
*Design and supervise behavior intervention plans* that change lives
*Collaborate with RBTs, families, and educators* to create consistent, compassionate care
*Infuse fun and flexibility* into structured teaching using natural environment training, play-based learning, and social skills groups
*Support early learners and school-aged children* with autism and developmental disabilities
*Mentor and train RBTs* while building a culture of growth, joy, and teamwork
We're seeking someone who:
Is certified as a BCBA and in good standing with the BACB
Has experience working with children (early childhood experience is a major plus!)
Loves data-but loves people even more
Communicates effectively with both kids and grown-ups
Is looking for a workplace where their voice and ideas matter
Bonus points if you love themed dress-up days, messy sensory bins, and spontaneous dance parties in the hallway!
