*Job Summary*
The Ultrasound Technologist Lead will leverage their expertise in ultrasound technology to guide and enhance the team's efforts in improving diagnostic services, focusing on conducting non-invasive ultrasound studies. This role involves providing technical leadership, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of ultrasound services. Additionally, the lead will mentor junior staff, oversee quality assurance processes, and stay updated with the latest advancements in ultrasound technologies to ensure the services provided are of the highest quality, leading to the best patient outcomes.
*Education: *
* Associate Degree Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology required
*Licenses & Certifications:*
* (S) - ARDMS or ARRT - Sonography or registry eligible required or
* ARDMS - Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonography or ARDMS registry eligible required
* BCLS - Basic Life Support required
*Qualifications:*
* 1-3 years Clinical experience as an ultrasound technologist required
* 3-5 years Clinical experience as an ultrasound technologist preferred
