*What You'll Do*
As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you'll support children with a variety of needs — including medically complex, developmental, and physical challenges — helping them improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall independence.
* Evaluate, develop, and implement customized physical therapy treatment plans to restore physical function, relieve pain, or prevent physical dysfunction in pediatric patients
* Write and maintain skilled documentation including evaluations, progress notes, daily notes, and discharge summaries
* Educate and support parents/caregivers in daily care and long-term strategies
* Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed based on child progress and goals
* Assess natural environments (e.g., home, daycare) and recommend adjustments to support function and independence
* Recommend and provide instruction on specialized equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, braces)
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to deliver comprehensive care
* Manage a pediatric caseload and maintain open, consistent communication with families
* Accurately complete billing and documentation for services rendered
*What You Bring*
* Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Active Minnesota PT license (or eligible by start date)
* A true passion for working with children and families
* Pediatric experience preferred, but *new grads are strongly encouraged to apply* — we'll support your growth!
