An opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide specialized services in a K-12 school setting located in Napa, CA. This contract position is designed for the entire school year, allowing for meaningful engagement with students to support their individual needs.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Experience in home health, healthcare, teletherapy, and school settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Knowledge of K-12 education policies and therapeutic practices
Proficiency in documentation and compliance requirements

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for students
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive support for students
Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing students' daily living skills and academic performance
Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to students' overall development
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory requirements
