*Baker-Katz Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center is a 55-bed skilled nursing facility located on the Groveland-Haverhill line. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with the geriatric population!*
_*Approximately 16-24 hours a week! Additional hours at our sister facilities on the North Shore!*_
*POSITION PURPOSE: *Administers Physical Therapy procedures upon medical prescription in accordance with Rehabilitation Department policy and under the general supervision of the Rehabilitation Director. Supervises and guides Physical Therapy Assistants, aides, and students in their resident care responsibilities.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent for licensure. Applicant must register and pass the PT licensure exam within six months of hire date.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Two years of PT experience in a related setting is preferred.
PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist by the State of Massachusetts. APTA membership is encouraged.
