Southern Maryland Orthopedics, a division of Centers for Advanced Orthopedics, is seeking a Hand Therapist to become a member of our thriving team.
*General Summary of Position:*
• Screens, examines and evaluated patient.
• Develops and implements appropriate treatment goals and methods in collaboration with patient/caregiver.
• Fabrication of custom splinting.
• Record and document patient care services.
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well rounded care.
*Qualified candidates will have:*
• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program
• Experience in treating upper extremity injuries
• Experience in splinting
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
