*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our team in delivering patient-centered care. Reporting to the Clinic Director/Physical Therapist, the PTA will assist in treatments, document progress, and ensure a seamless rehabilitation experience.
*Key Responsibilities*
Assist in patient care under the direction of a Physical Therapist
Document treatment plans and progress accurately
Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Maintain equipment, stock supplies, and support clinic operations
Participate in meetings, training, and mentorship of interns
*Qualifications*
Licensed PTA in Massachusetts
Experience in orthopedics, adult rehab, or geriatrics preferred
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Physical capability to perform job duties effectively
*Job Details*
Status: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Pay: $33.00-$38.00 per hour; occasional overtime
