*Job Overview*
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated *Occupational Therapist (OT/R)* to join our pediatric therapy team. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping children develop essential life skills and reach their fullest potential through individualized, play-based interventions.
While *Spanish-speaking skills are preferred*, they are *not required*-a translator will be provided to support communication with Spanish-speaking families.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living abilities
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients
* Deliver engaging, age-appropriate interventions in a clinic setting
* Collaborate with families and caregivers to support carryover of therapy at home
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment goals
* Work closely with other therapy team members (SLPs and PTs) to provide coordinated care
* Participate in ongoing staff development, team meetings, and training
*Qualifications*
* Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Current Oklahoma state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
* Pediatric experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Comfortable working with a bilingual community; Spanish fluency is a plus

Pay: $44.51 - $48.85 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
