*Position Title: *Registered Dental Hygienist
*Location:* South Portland, ME
*Reports To:* Lead Dentist & Office Manager
*Work Schedule:* Full Time, Monday -Thursday 8 AM-4:30
*Compensation:* $50-60/hour, Bonus Opportunities
*Benefits:* Bonus; Medical; 401K; PTO & Sick
*Responsibilities:*
* Understand and align with the clinical philosophies of the practice
* Implement practice policies, procedures, processes and initiatives
* Follow state and federal laws
* Be the lead educator about periodontal disease
* Diagnose oral health conditions with the use of AI, Intraoral photos and radiographs
* Treat oral health conditions
* Educate patients on the importance of prevention
* Maintain accurate patient records
* Achieve daily production goal
*Qualifications:*
* RDH License current
* Work experience -- 1-2 years is preferred but not required
* PMS experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental or Dental Intelligence is a plus
