We are looking for a dental hygienist to join our single-doctor, non-corporate dental practice to fill in after the retirement of one of our fantastic hygienists! We are in immediate need of coverage on Thursdays and Fridays, but we are a growing practice with room in our hygiene schedule so there is some flexibility in hours to add more. We focus on developing long term relationships with patients and their familes. Hygiene appointments are 1 hour and an emphasis is put on patient education and prevention.

General responsibilities include:

- General skills of RDH: Primarily perform dental prophylaxis, with some scaling and root planing. Digital radiographs (intraoral and panoramic). Oral cancer screenings. Oral hygiene instruction with personalized recommendations.
- Our patient base ranges from 1 to 100, so the ability to communicate with a variety of people is of utmost importance.
- Experience with Eaglesoft for maintaining patient records is a plus, but we can train you if you are unfamiliar.
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
- Collaborate with the entire dental team to provide comprehensive dental care.

*Requirements*
- Valid New Hampshire state dental hygiene license in good standing.
- Proficiency in using dental software or willingness to learn Eaglesoft.
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages.
- Ability to work well in a small team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals as we work closely with a number of specialists in the area.
- Willingness to learn new equipment, techniques and protocols.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
