\*Job Overview\* As a Therapist, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to individuals in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient facilities. You will utilize your expertise in behavioral therapy to support individuals with developmental disabilities and assist them in managing crises effectively. \*Duties\* - Conduct therapy sessions with clients to address their mental health needs - Implement behavioral therapy techniques to support clients with developmental disabilities - Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote counseling services - Manage crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions - Conduct clinical research to enhance treatment strategies - Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in clinic settings to ensure comprehensive care \*Experience\* - Proficiency in HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities - Familiarity with inpatient and outpatient mental health settings - Competence in utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions - Strong skills in crisis management and intervention techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
