*Position Summary*
The BCBA will provide clinical oversight for clients in our clinic-based ABA program, ensuring treatment plans are evidence-based, individualized, and aligned with best practices. This role involves supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, writing and updating treatment plans, analyzing data, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.).
* Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
* Supervise and train RBTs to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
* Monitor client progress through regular data review and program adjustments.
* Lead family training sessions to promote generalization and caregiver confidence.
* Maintain compliance with BACB, Medicaid, insurance, and state guidelines.
* Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with other professionals.
* Document all services in accordance with internal and funding source requirements.
* Foster a positive, professional clinic culture.
*Qualifications*
* Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
* Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
* Minimum 1 year experience providing ABA therapy (clinic experience preferred).
* Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
* Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.

Pay: $79,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
