We are currently seeking a passionately dedicated Licensed Therapist who is eager to make a significant impact within our community. This role is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional, client-focused care and contributing to the growth and development of our integrative service offerings.

*Responsibilities:*

* Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform individualized treatment plans.
* Provide therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy.
* Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.
* Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
* Stay abreast of current methodologies and treatments in mental health care.
* Uphold all legal and ethical guidelines and requirements pertaining to clinical practice.

*Qualifications:*

* Valid state license as a Clinical Therapist, LPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent.
* A strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
* Experience in working with mental, developmental, and behavioral health issues.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with the capacity to build rapport with diverse populations.
* Team player with the ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
