*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work and behavioral health, with a focus on providing support to individuals and families in need. As an LMSW, you will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and facilitating access to resources.
*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Offer counseling and support to individuals and families dealing with mental health issues, trauma, or life transitions.
* Collaborate with community resources, including Medicare and Section 8 programs, to ensure clients receive necessary services.
* Engage in workforce development initiatives to assist clients in achieving employment goals.
* Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients toward positive change.
* Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
*Qualifications*
* Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
* Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
* Strong knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and behavioral health practices.
* Familiarity with childcare issues and resources is a plus.
* Proficient in motivational interviewing techniques and client-centered counseling approaches.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community organizations.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening.
* Ability to travel to Lubbock for clinic 1-2 times per month.
