*About the Opportunity*
This is a *legacy manufacturing population* of roughly 500 lives-mostly adults-served directly onsite through a wellness-oriented model. You'll be the primary PT voice in the clinic, working hand-in-hand with leadership to *rebuild trust in physical therapy* and *impact health before pain escalates.*
The wellness culture is deep and authentic, with programming such as "Better You," focused on long-term health improvement. You'll also contribute insights from the field to enhance organizational safety and employee outcomes.
*Daily Responsibilities*
* Deliver 1:1 care focused on early identification and resolution of musculoskeletal issues
* Observe worksite ergonomics and job demands
* Engage with employees to educate and build proactive therapy plans
* Collaborate with Nurse Practitioner and Medical Assistant onsite
* Track progress, outcomes, and engagement
* Participate in wellness planning and health improvement strategies
*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
* Active or eligible Wisconsin PT license
* Clinical background in outpatient, worksite wellness, or occupational health is ideal
* Desire to work preventatively, not just reactively
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
* Passionate about patient trust, workplace safety, and functional outcomes
