*Expectations/Qualifications*

* Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medication therapy.
* Provide patient counseling on medication usage (Rx and OTC), potential side effects, and drug interactions.
* Administer immunizations as required and educate patients about vaccines.
* Conduct medication therapy management (Outcomes) and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of all medications dispensed and ensure proper documentation for regulatory compliance.
* Assist in training pharmacy technicians (and interns periodically).
* Act as manager when PIC is not physically present.
* Willingness to help with clinical services (Strep, Flu, COVID Test & Treat, etc.)
* Background check and drug test (THC included)
* PharmD or equivalent and state license

*Hours: *

* Full time needed (40 hours/week), but some flexibility could be negotiated.
* Some Saturdays (closed on Sundays) - negotiable
* Potential for some "on call" due to hospice Rxs filled after hours (owners usually take this unless they are out of town, but these Rxs are usually only within a couple hours actually closing or on Sunday afternoons); compensation will be appropriate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
