*Desert Ridge Family Dental is a growing private practice in Tucson, AZ 85715. We recently moved to a brand new, state of the art office. We are a patient-centric, supportive, and compassionate dental office and our goal is to make people want to go to the dentist. We are looking for one FULL TIME hygienist as well as a second hygienist for 2-3 days per week with the potential to grow into full time very quickly.*

*We are looking for someone with a great personality and soft touch who can contribute to a positive work culture and have fun while providing high quality patient care. Experience is strongly preferred, but the right personality of utmost importance. We put our patients first and never pressure anyone into treatment. We are located near on Kolb Rd. just south of Tanque Verde.*

Schedule:

Education:

* Associate or Bachelor's

License/Certification:

* Registered Dental Hygienist
* AZ Dental Hygiene License
* Excellent understanding of dental hygiene procedures
* Knowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniques
* Excellent communication skills

Dental Hygienist Duties and Responsibilities

* Gather patient information and health background
* Take x-rays when necessary
* Prepare the work area for procedures
* Clean and polish patients' teeth and gums
* Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits
* Update patient records
* Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment
* Restock treatment areas

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $47.50 - $52.00 per hour
