We are looking for a motivated, caring and compassionate person to join our Vinton Family Medical Clinic Team in Vinton, Iowa.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Document patient information and treatment plans accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
- Stay updated on current nursing practices and participate in continuous education and training opportunities.

The Van Horne Family Medical Clinic provides high quality patient services with convenient access to Virginia Gay Hospital and all its outpatient services including Lab, X-Ray and Therapy Services. Virginia Gay Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital that provides care to patients of all ages in a medical-surgical, outpatient and ER setting. Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
