*Harbor Pointe Dental* is a warm, family-focused dental practice in Troutman, North Carolina! We're seeking a passionate and motivated General Dentist to join our thriving, patient-focused practice. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established one-doctor, two-hygiene setting, where you'll have the autonomy to practice at the top of your license and help shape the future of the office. _*This role offers a track to partnership and a $15,000 Sign on Bonus.*_
As the sole doctor in a supported environment, you'll be the clinical leader of the team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and building long-term relationships with patients.
*Troutman, NC* is located just north of Charlotte and near the shores of *Lake Norman*, Troutman is a gem of *Iredell County* offering the best of North Carolina living:

*What We Offer:*
* Greater of the two: Salary or commission from adjusted production
* Booked out RDH schedule and large patient base
* *Experienced Office Team*
* Full management support including non-clinical operations, revenue cycle management, marketing, training, financial reporting, strategic sourcing, and hygiene leadership.
*What We're Looking For:*
* Full Time General Dentist
* DDS or DMD degree with an active state license
* Experience in endo, oral surgery, and implants is a plus
